New Delhi: Rizwanur's brother Rukban has accused Priyanka of spreading lies and has questioned why she remained silent for so long.

Two and a half months after Rizwanur Rahman's mysterious death in Kolkata, his widow Priyanka Todi has broken her silence - levelling allegations against Rizwan's brother Rukbanur and his friend Pappu.
Priyanka told the The Telegraph newspaper that she regretted letting Rukbanur and Pappu meddle in their personal matters.
She claimed that if they had not been involved, things would not have ended in tragedy. She said Rizwan was not close to his brother and alleged that Pappu had demanded and taken money from her uncle to make Rizwan sign divorce papers.
Rizwan's family rejected these allegations, saying it was just a ploy to save her father Ashok Todi.
The CBI is nearly through with its investigations and is set to file the chargesheet soon.
