The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has opened registration for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Test (COMEDK UGET) 2024 from February 1. Students can apply for COMEDK UGET 2024 via the official website, comedk.org. The registration portal for the entrance examination will conclude on April 5.
The consortium had already announced the COMEDK exam date 2024. The exam for engineering and medical admissions in Karnataka colleges will be held on May 12. The test will be divided into two sessions: morning (9 am to 12 pm) and afternoon (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
COMEDK UGET 2024: eligibility criteria
–– Students who have passed the second PUC or Class 12 higher secondary or comparable examination recognised by the state or central government should have, in the final two years, studied physics, chemistry, and mathematics, with English as a required subject.
–– General merit candidates must have passed physics, chemistry, and mathematics with a minimum aggregate of 45 per cent marks (40 per cent for SC, ST, and OBC candidates in Karnataka state), as well as these courses separately (physics and mathematics are required disciplines, with chemistry, biotechnology, biology, computer science, or electronics as an optional study).
–– However, any adjustments to the eligibility criteria proposed by the AICTE or VTU shall be implemented. Furthermore, diploma candidates are not eligible as there is no lateral entry in the course.
COMEDK UGET 2024: How To Apply

STEP 1: Visit the official website, comedk.org.
STEP 2: Click the COMEDK UGET 2024 application form link.
STEP 3: Fill out the personal and educational information on the COMEDK 2024 application form.
STEP 4: Upload the relevant documents and click Submit.
STEP 5: Download and save a hard copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
Candidates will be required to upload the following documents while applying for the exam: Photograph of candidate, Signature of candidate, Signature of parent, Unique ID proof of candidate, SSLC mark sheet of candidate
According to the official schedule, COMEDK will release the tentative answer key for UGET 2024 on May 14, and applicants will be allowed to file objections by May 16. The final answer key will be revealed on May 21, following a consideration of the objections. The COMEDK UGET 2024 results will be announced on May 24.
