Kolkata: Country's oldest Howrah railway station became Wi-Fi enabled from on Saturday with 70 access points where users could avail of the facility free for 30 minutes per day.
The facility was inaugurated by Railways minister Suresh Prabhu an event in Kolkata.
"We will try to give Wi-Fi facility to other top destinations and trains", Prabhu said.
The facility had been provided in collaboration with RailTel, an arm of the Indian Railways.
