Prabhas is currently awaiting for the release of his next Salaar. The film is all set to release on December 22.

Prabhas currently juggling multiple film projects including Project K, Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire, Raja Deluxe, and Spirit. Amid all this, he had been dealing with a lingering knee injury, aggravated by his constant work commitments. Due to this, he jetted to Europe to seek treatment. After a successful surgery, the star actor is finally back to India. The paparazzi captured him in the airport. Prabhas was spotted in an all black ensemble. He even donned a pair of black glasses and a mask.

Prabhas’ health issues have been making headlines for a while now. It was reported that he hurt himself during the filming of Baahubali. The continuous work commitments did not let him take time off for complete rest. Earlier, he also underwent surgery for his knee treatment. The back-to-back shoots exacerbated his poor health. In the aftermath, his knee pain came back and now he is compelled to take a proper treatment before resuming work.

Meanwhile on the work front, Prabhas is now currently awaiting for the release of Salaar. This film is poised to mark a significant comeback for Prabhas, especially following his recent film, Adipurush, which did not perform as expected. The film is planned to be released in two parts, with the first part titled Salaar: Ceasefire.

Aside from Prabhas, the movie boasts a star-studded cast, including actress Shruti Haasan, actor Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Jagapathi Babu in prominent roles. Salaar will be a multilingual release, hitting screens in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. The film is expected to transport viewers back to the 1980s and delve into a gripping narrative set against the backdrop of the limestone mafia.

The film’s teaser, released earlier, created waves on social media and went viral, building further anticipation for this action-packed thriller. As fans eagerly await the new release date, the promise of an unforgettable cinematic experience keeps the excitement surrounding Salaar at an all-time high.

The movie will be clashing with Shah Rukh Khan’s third film of the year Dunki. Helmed by Rajkumar Hirani, the movie also stars Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal in key roles.

Both the films will hit theatres on December 22.
