Farah Khan Says Anil Kapoor Used to Compliment Her 'Nice Legs': 'I Used to Wear Short Skirts And...'
Farah Khan confessed she is not a romantic person and recalled the dialogues Anil Kapoor used to use on her when she was younger.

Farah Khan revealed Anil Kapoor used to compliment her ‘nice legs’ when she was new to the industry. The choreographer, who entered Bollywood in the early 1990s, worked with numerous Bollywood stars, choreographing a number of hit songs before she became a director with Shah Rukh Khan’s Main Hoon Na (2004). In a new interview, Farah was revisiting her journey over the decades and recalled Anil’s comment about her legs. She also revealed that the dialogue made it to her blockbuster film Om Shanti Om years later.

Speaking with Maniesh Paul in his podcast, the host asked Farah Khan if she’s ever displayed her romantic side. Farah confessed that she finds the idea of PDA ‘cringey.’ Maniesh asked her if she was ever romantic in the past, Farah said that she might have been romantic when she younger. When Maniesh asked her to deliver a romantic line, Farah revealed that 30 years ago, when she entered the industry, Anil used to use a dialogue on her.

“About 30 years ago, when I entered the industry, Anil Kapoor used to say one dialogue to me. At the time, I was very thin and I used to wear very short skirts and denim shorts and I was that hot chick. Anil Kapoor always used to tell this dialogue: ‘You’ve got nice legs. Kya kar rahi ho aaj shaam ko?” Farah said with a big laugh. “I used this in Om Shanti Om as well. The sleazy heroine na, the guy asks her, ‘Looking good, baby, what are you doing in the evening?’ She says ‘Khudkushi’,” she added.

Om Shanti Om released in 2007 with Shah Rukh Khan and Farah Khan in the lead. Whereas, Farah and Anil go back to the early 90s, with Farah choreographing Anil in movies like 1942: A Love Story (1994), Virasat (1997), Jhooth Bole Kauwa Kaate (1998), and Pukar (2000), to name a few.
