Billie Eilish Unveils 10-Song Tracklist From New Album Hit Me Hard And Soft
The 10-track album features tracks like Skinny, Lunch, Chihiro, Birds of a Feather and more.

A week after announcing her third full-length album titled Hit Me Hard and Soft, Billie Eilish has finally released the tracklist for the same. On Thursday, April 18, the Oscar-winning singer-songwriter shared a list consisting of the song titles from the album in an Instagram post. The 10-track album features tracks like Skinny, Lunch, Chihiro, Birds of a Feather, The Greatest, L’Amour De Ma Vie, Blue, Wildflower, The Diner, Bittersuite and Blue.

Meanwhile, there are no major hints about any collaborative features on the project, suggestive of her previous two albums. Eilish, while sharing the tracklist with her fans and followers, wrote, “HIT ME HARD AND SOFT TRACKLIST :PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.”

Earlier in an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, Eilish sang a few lines from the song Chihiro, which borrows its title from the main character of Spirited Away. “Today, maybe tomorrow/ Open the door for me/ I know you said before/ You can’t cope with it no more,” she sang during the interview.

In a long Instagram post, Billie Eilish announced her new album, the third of her career, titled Hit Me Hard and Soft, sharing that it would come out in spring this year. Along with a picture that features Eilish underwater swimming towards an open white door, she wrote, “HIT ME HARD AND SOFT” MY THIRD ALBUMMMMMMMMMMMMM COMES OUT MAY 17THHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHH. So crazy to be writing this right now i’m nervyyyyy & exciteddd. Not doing singles, i wanna give it to you all at once :PPP Finneas and I truly could not be more proud of this album and we absolutely can’t wait for you to hear it. love you love you love you..”

Prior to this, the musician shared another video, teasing about the upcoming album that shows Eilish descending deeper and deeper into an abyss of dark blue water.

The next LP will drop on May 17, 2024.

Similar to her first two albums, 2019’s When We All Fall Asleep and Where Do We Go? and 2021’s Happier Than Ever, this one will also be produced by her brother Finneas.

Eilish, who has been speaking about the album for several weeks now, even teasing fans with a series of billboards, also noted that it will be available on all digital platforms.
