Kids at home are most of the time left unsupervised, which makes them spend hours on gadgets like mobile phones and laptops. The doctor said that the children should be first trained to not engage in gadgets frequently, which the parents could only manage to do.

Regularly consulting with a good eye specialist is a must to keep your eyes healthy. It should be done at least once a year, the doctor concluded.
