Saudi Prince accused of killing male aide during sex

London: A Saudi Prince has been accused of killing his male aide during a gay sex session at a five-star hotel in London, a media report said.

The male aide, Bandar Abdullah Abdulaziz, 32, was found bitten on his cheeks and murdered in the room he and 34-year-old Prince Saud Abdulazaziz bin Nasser al Saud, the Saudi King's grandson, shared at Landmark Hotel, 'The Sun' reported.

The male aide's blood was found on the underpants of the Prince and compromising photos of him, partially naked, were also found on al Saud's mobile phone, the report said.

Prosecutor Jonathan Laidlaw told London's Central Criminal Court on Tuesday that al Saud has not explained why he attacked his male aide but that evidence pointed to a "sexual element" to the killing.

"There is clear evidence, over and above the bite marks, that there was a sexual element," he said.

Laidlaw also said there was evidence that the Royal had abused his aide in the past, and showed jurors security camera footage, shot in the hotel's elevator, which shows the shaven-headed Prince battering his servant who occasionally tries to protect his head but otherwise absorbs the punches.

"It is a nasty assault with the victim suffering a whole series of blows being struck with both fists and elbows.

"What is also evident from the victim's behaviour is that he had become by this point almost entirely submissive.

He either could not or did not at any stage offer any sort of resistance to the assault," Laidlaw told the court.

Al Saud originally told police that he and Abdulaziz had earlier ordered champagne and cocktails at the hotel and then went to bed in the early hours, and that when he awoke, he could not rouse him.

A post mortem has revealed Bandar died after "a series of heavy punches or blows to his head", the prosecutor claimed, saying that al Saud admitted manslaughter but denied charges of murder and causing grievous bodily harm, the report said. The trial continues.
