The 23-year-old woman, who had accused a a senior IAS officer of raping her on the pretext of helping her in IAS exam preparations, is likely to record her statement before police on Monday.
"She had not appeared for recording her statement on Sunday. She was also not available for medical test," police had said.
"The complainant was called today but she neither came to us nor gave us an address where her statement could be recorded," Sodala ACP Paras Jain had told PTI.
The woman had in the FIR lodged on Saturday, alleged that the officer, BB Mohanty had called her to a place in Swej farm and raped her repeatedly on February 17 and 19 last year. Mohanty, who is the Chairman of Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, had rejected the allegations as "baseless".
Meanwhile, ever since the FIR was registered against BB Mohanty, he is untraceable.
