Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi praised the Viksit Bharat Ambassador community on Thursday for their determination and commitment towards building the nation.

The Viksit Bharat Ambassadors’ ‘Nari Shakti Conclave’ was conducted at the DU Indoor Stadium in Delhi’s North Campus. The conclave witnessed a historic gathering of over 6,000 female students and faculty and infact an additional 3,000 students also joined. All the participants were united under the shared goal of building a developed India by 2047.
The conclave was marked as the first-ever female-only event of such a scale and it was organized on March 7, a day before Women’s Day is celebrated globally.
The event saw a conversation between Chief Guest and Union Minister Smt. Smriti Irani and Guest of Honor RJ Sharat and their dialogue covered crucial topics such as the role of women in education and their leadership in spearheading the ‘Viksit Bharat’ journey.
During her address at the Viksit Bharat Ambassadors’ ‘Nari Shakti Conclave’, Union Minister Smriti Irani said, “Today, enrolment of girls in education at school is 100% almost…When PM has made credits movable in the country, the number of women who do PhD has gone up by 99%. These are hardcore numbers. But with every number comes a life that stands transferred…”
The Viksit Bharat Ambassador movement aims to encourage citizens to take responsibility for contributing to India’s development.
