New Delhi: Thirty-three MPs belonging to AIADMK, TDP and Samajwadi Party are likely to bring a breach of privilege notice against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the Rajya Sabha on Monday over the "leakage" of Justice Pathak Authority report.
"We will possibly bring a privilege notice against the Prime Minister," Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh told reporters after his meeting with beleaguered former External Affairs Minister K Natwar Singh.
The SP leader said he had come to meet Singh with messages from AIADMK supremo Jayalalithaa and TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu which he declined to divulge.
Amar Singh said AIADMK, TDP and SP would vociferously raise the matter in the Upper House on Monday and ask government how the leak took place.
Asked if the Prime Minister was to blame for the leak, the SP leader said "Prime Minister is head of the government and even if anybody in the PMO is responsible for this, he has to take the blame."
