Pakistan should reciprocate India's mature response to Peshawar incident: Manohar Parrikar
"India has shown a positive attitude towards them and they should reciprocate. But sometimes it doesn't happen," Parrikar told reporters.

New Delhi: Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Thursday said Pakistan should reciprocate the sense of maturity India has shown following the attack in Peshawar on a school.

"We have shown our maturity and solidarity to the carnage that took place (in Peshawar) and expressed sympathy. India has shown a positive attitude towards them and they should reciprocate. But sometimes it doesn't happen," Parrikar told reporters.

Asked to comment on the release of LeT commander Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, one of the key conspirators of the Mumbai terror attack, on bail by a Pakistani anti-terror court on Thursday, he said "I would not comment on what other countries are doing but things are not working correctly".

The anti-terrorism court in Pakistan gave bail to LeT operations commander Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, a key planner of the 2008 Mumbai attacks, despite evidence against him in the case which was nearing its end.
