One killed in clash between two groups in Sawaimadhopur

One person was killed and two others injured in a clash between two groups over parking of a camel cart in Gangapurcity of Sawaimadhopur district, the police said on Sunday.

The deceased was identified as Ramkhilari Meena (58), they said adding, one injured Dharam Singh (son of Ramkhilari) and Mahendra were admitted to a local government hospital.

One group of Meena family and another of Prajapati family living in adjacent houses clashed with 'lathi and sharp edge weapons' over parking of the camel cart in front of former's house and drainage system, last night in which Ramkhilari was killed, and two others injured, according to a complaint lodged by the victim's wife Saroj.

Two members of Prajapati family were rounded up for interrogation this morning, the police said.
