The results for CA Final (May 2017) and CPT (June 2017) was declared by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India (ICAI) on its official exam results website icaiexam.icai.org at 2 PM. The ICAI CA or Chartered Accountancy is the most coveted exam for Commerce Students across India.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants in India (ICAI) schedules 3 exams twice every year for the Chartered Accountancy course viz Common Proficiency Test (CPT) conducted in June & December, Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence - IPC) Examination in May & November and the Final Examination conducted in May & November, every year.
Along with the CA Final May 2017 and CPT June 2017 results, the ICAI also published Merit List of candidates who will secure minimum 55% and above marks and up to the maximum of 50th Rank in the case of Final Examination in accordance with the decision of the Examination Committee on an all-India basis.
Around 1,32,007 students had appeared in the CA Final May 2017 exam at 372 Centres globally while 93,262 students appeared for CPT Exam in June 2017. The results for both the exams are expected tomorrow and will be announced Zone wise.
