Steps

Changing the Sharing Settings on a Folder

Open the Google Drive app. The Google Drive app has an icon with a green, yellow, and blue triangle. Tap the icon to open the Google Drive app.

Tap … next to a file or folder. The icon with three horizontal dots is on the right side of the screen in list mode, or to the right of the file name in tile mode. This displays a pop-up menu.

Tap Share. It's the first option in the pop-up menu.

Tap Who has access. It's at the bottom of the share menu. It's contains a list of icons of people who access to the file or folder. This displays a list of users who have access to the file or folder.

Tap a user. This displays a pop-up menu with a list of share options.

Tap a share option. There are three share options you can grant other users. You must be the owner of the file to grant share permissions to other users. The three share options are as follows: Organize, add, and edit: This gives full access to the file or folder. It allows users to view and modify the file or folder View only: This option allows the user to view the contents of the file or folder, but not edit or modify it. Remove access: This option blocks the user from viewing or editing the file or folder.

Tap Link sharing on. It's the last option in the "Who has access" menu. If Link sharing is on, anyone who has the URL for the file or folder can view it.

Select a link sharing option. The are three link sharing options. They are as follows: Can view: This allows users with the URL to view the file or folder, but not edit or modify it. Can edit: This allows users with the URL to view and modify the file or folder (not recommended). Turn off link sharing: This turns link sharing off. Only users you allow can view or edit the file or folder.

Locking Your iPhone or iPad with a Passcode

Open Settings iPhone Settings App Icon. The Settings app has a silver icon that resembles two gears. Tap the icon on your homescreen to open the Settings app.

Scroll down and tap Face ID & Passcode. It's next to a green icon with the image of a face. On older iPhone models, it may say Touch ID & Passcode next to a red icon with a fingerprint, or just Passcode.

Tap Turn on passcode. It's the blue text that is just a little ways down the Face ID & Passcode menu.

Enter a six-digit passcode. This is the passcode you will use to unlock your iPhone or iPad. Make sure it's a passcode that you can remember that nobody else has access to. For more options, tap Passcode options. You can select a 4 digit passcode, a custom passcode, or custom alphanumeric passcode.

Re-enter your passcode. This confirms and activates your passcode. Make sure that "Require Passcode" is set to "Immediately" and the toggle switch next to "iPhone/iPad Unlock" is on.
