Every Way to Contact Venmo\'s Customer Service

Phone Number

Venmo's customer support phone number is 855-812-4430. Venmo's customer service line is staffed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time every day of the week. When dialing Venmo, you can press 0 at the menu to be directed to a live representative. If you're calling about a Venmo Debit Card or Venmo Credit Card, you should instead call the number printed on the back of your card. Phone support for debit card holders is available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time. For credit card holders, support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Live Chat

Live chat with a Venmo representative in the mobile app. Live reps are available to chat in the Venmo app between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. Pacific Time every day. To access live chat, click on your profile in the bottom-right corner, then tap the cogwheel icon in the upper-right corner of your profile. Tap on Get help > Contact Us > Chat with Us to pull up the Venmo chatbot. Ask the chatbot to speak to a live representative to be connected.

Email

Fill out an email form on Venmo's website. While Venmo doesn't give out their direct support email address, you can fill out a form on their support site that will be sent via email. Fill out as much information as you can on the form, then click Submit when you're ready to send it. You should hear back from Venmo in a couple of business days.
