Bigg Boss is not just known for its controversies, fierce arguments, major fights or love stories, but is also widely loved for the beauty of its house. Each year, designer Omung Kumar comes up with a new theme to stun everyone with the beauty of the Bigg Boss house. This year too, he has turned the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house into a fantasy world.
In an exclusive conversation with News18 Showsha, Kumar spilled the beans on this year’s Bigg Boss OTT 3 house theme and said, “This time we thought we would be coming to a fantasy land – a crazy place where everything is an illusion. There are huge books and a huge dragon that comes out of the wall and goes in. Every wall is speaking for itself. I’ve had some hundred thousand locks and keys all over the place. I’m playing with keys, keyhole, and locks as far as the theme of this season’s house is concerned. You come into this crazy fantasy world. Now you’re locked in. And everything keeps on changing for you.”
Speaking about anything that has inspired him from the last season while designing the set, Kumar added, “We have seen the trend of how people watch Bigg Boss OTT, like a 24-hour session. So, you have to keep them engaged. That’s why, for me, every wall should talk. It has to be engaging for them also. Like I always say, my set also becomes a contestant. When we think and ideate the creatives, we try to make the house engaging. This time we have just changed the thing around.”
Sharing further details about the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house, Omung Kumar continued by saying, “Every time we think about the contestants who are coming inside, we think like, ‘Okay, what is the new thing that we are going to give them?’ This time there are centre beds. We always think about last year’s experiences and make things different.”
Bigg Boss OTT 3 will premiere on Friday, i.e June 21 on JioCinema. It will be hosted by Anil Kapoor. Among others, actor Sai Ketan Rao and Vada Pav Girl Chandrika Gera will also be participating in the show this time. YouTuber Arman Malik will also be seen in the show with both his wives, Payal and Kritika.
