ICSE Class 10 Board Exams 2024 Begins Today; Check Important Guidelines
This year, the ICSE exams starts from February 21 and will end on March 28. Students can refer to the exam day guideline here

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is scheduled to commence the ICSE Class 10 examinations today, February 21. There will be one shift for the Class 10 board test, which runs from 11 am to 1 pm for most subjects. English Literature – English Paper 1 will be the first test in Class 10 or ICSE, while Art Paper 4 (Applied Art) will be the last exam on March 28, 2024. The Art Paper 4 exam will last three hours and begin at 9 am. Students may visit the CISCE website for further pertinent information. ICSE Board Exam 2024: Check Exam Day Guidelines

–– Candidates have to arrive at the examination venue 30 minutes before the exam starts.

–– All required exam supplies and the candidate’s admit card must be brought to the examination venue for every exam day.

–– It is required of candidates to take a seat in the exam hall five minutes before the scheduled start time of the examination.

–– There’s a fifteen-minute reading period for the questions in addition to the writing time specified in the schedule.

–– Applicants must sign the top sheet of the main answer booklet in the designated location on the sheet. The UID, Inde number, and subject must be indicated on the top sheet.

–– Candidates may write their responses using a black or blue ballpoint pen or a fountain pen. Only diagrams may be drawn using pencils.

–– It is recommended that the examinee bring along any necessary coloured pencils and mathematical or drawing tools.

–– The continuation booklets will be handed out to the students upon request only once they have completed writing on all pages of the previously issued response booklet/continuation booklet.

Starting with the 2024 exam year, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has decided to discontinue the compartment exams for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) Class 12 board exams. Nonetheless, in the same test year, candidates will have the chance to take improvement examinations and raise their scores. Candidates will be permitted to take up to two subjects in the improvement tests.
