The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur has opened the application correction window for the Chhattisgarh State Eligibility Test 2024 (CG SET) 2024 on, June 10. Candidates who have applied for the application and meet the requirements may modify the CG SET 2024 application via vyapam.cgstate.gov.in, the official website.
The official schedule states that the rectification window would remain open for three days, which is until June 12. Candidates are required to check the official website timely for any latest updates.
Chhattisgarh SET 2024: How to Correct Application Form?
The Chhattisgarh SET Application Form 2024 can be corrected by doing the following:
Step 1. Check out the official website – vyapam.cgstate.gov.in.
Step 2. Now, click on the link “CG SET 2024 Application Form Correction” from the homepage.
Step 3. Enter your birth date and registration number to log in.
Step 4. Make the required changes, and submit the form.
CG SET 2024: Eligibility Criteria
As per the board, there are no age restrictions to apply for the CG SET 2024 exam.
Those who wish to take the CG SET 2024 must have a master’s degree with at least 55% of the aggregate marks. Applicants must hold the same educational degree with 50% of the total possible marks if they fall into one of the categories including scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST), other backward classes (OBC), or disability.
Candidates who are currently enrolled in a master’s programme are also eligible to appear for the exam. As long as they don’t have their degree, their admission will be termed as temporary.
CG SET 2024: Exam Pattern
The application process ended on June 9 and the CG SET 2024 exam is scheduled for July 21 in two shifts. Paper 1 will be held between 10 pm and 11:15 a.m., and Paper 2 between 2 pm and 4:15 p.m.There will be a total of 19 subjects included in the CG SET exam. There will be two types of SET Papers including a conventional SET Paper 1 with fifty questions based on general aptitude and a subject-specific SET Paper 2 with one hundred questions. In the CH SET exam, there will be no negative marking and candidates will receive two marks for each correct response.
The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CGPEB) administers the Chhattisgarh State Eligibility Test (CG SET) to candidates for assistant professor posts in the state’s colleges and institutions.
