Jaguar has launched its first-ever fully-electric i-Pace SUV in India. Prices for the car starts at Rs 1.05 crore (ex-showroom) in India. Prices for the car starts from Rs 1.05 crore for the S trim, with the SE trim priced at Rs 1.08 crore, and goes up to Rs 1.12 crore for the top-rung HSE trim. The car is fitted with a 90 kWh Lithium-ion battery that delivers 400 PS from its two electric motors. The 90 kWh Lithium-ion battery comes with 8 years or 1.60 lakh km warranty. Additionally, I-Pace customers will benefit from complimentary 5-year service package, 5 years Jaguar Roadside Assistance, as well as a 7.4 kW AC wall, mounted charger. The Jaguar I-pace accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 4.8 s. It will be offered in three variants that include S, SE, and HSE.
Jaguar claims that he battery can be charged up to 100 percent in 14 hours with a 7.4kW AC charger, in 4 hours with a 25kW DC charger and in just 2 hours with a 50kW DC charger.
Jaguar Land Rover has already tied-up with Tata Power to provide office and home charging solutions to customers of I-Pace. Further, Tata Power as part of its ‘EZ Charge’ EV Charging network, has installed 200+ charging points across the country. These are present at convenient locations like malls, restaurants, offices, residential complexes and along the highways. Jaguar customers will have access to this fast-expanding ‘EZ Charge’ EV Charging network of Tata Power.
Since its debut, the Jaguar I-Pace has won several accolades and over 80 global awards, including the prestigious 2019 World Car of the Year, World Car Design of the Year, and World Green Car. It was the first car ever to win all three World Car titles simultaneously.
Twenty two Retail outlets across 19 cities are now EV ready in terms of infrastructure, as well as sales and after-sales support. The current Jaguar Land Rover Retailer charging infrastructure covers the metro cities and urban hubs across the country. Jaguar installed 35 chargers in 22 dealerships across the country. Jaguar has also trained the retailer staff with dedicated courses on EVs.

In addition, Jaguar Land Rover customers will be able to charge their Jaguar I-PACE using Tata Power’s EZ Charge Network with over 200 charging points across the country. These are present at convenient locations like malls, restaurants, offices, residential complexes and along the highways. These charging options are in addition to the home charging solutions that will be provided as standard with the Jaguar I-PACE by way of a domestic charging cable and a 7.4 kW AC wall mounted charger.
