This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw witnessed some major developments for the upcoming premium live event WWE Crown Jewel, 2024. The show kicked off with Rhea Ripley calling out Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. Cody Rhodes also appeared on the show and shared the ring with his Crown Jewel opponent GUNTHER for a brief chat. This week’s segment of Raw featured five matches, including a tag-team championship clash. The main event saw Ripley team up with Tiffany Stratton to take on Morgan and Rodriguez in a women’s tag-team fight.
Rhea Ripley calls out Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez
Rhea Ripley kicked off Monday Night Raw by calling out Liv Morgan and reminding everyone that she was not done with her. Soon, Tiffany Stratton’s music hit as she made her way to the ring. There was some tussle as the duo shoved each other. They eventually got blindsided by Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. After a commercial break, Adam Pearce announced a tag-team competition between the four stars. Ripley joined forces with Stratton to take on Morgan and Rodriguez.
Cody Rhodes and Gunther meet
The segment started with Cody Rhodes talking about the history of professional wrestling in St. Louis. As he addressed the fans, Gunther’s music hit and he soon made his way down to the ring. The World Heavyweight Champion talked about how Rhodes was everyone’s darling, making him the weaker of the two. Rhodes countered by reminding Gunther how he had never faced him inside the ring. The segment ended with both of them shaking hands before their epic clash at WWE Crown Jewel.
Dominik Mysterio saves Liv Morgan
After the main event, Nia Jax was seen helping Tiffany Stratton get on her feet. Ripley interrupted and landed a headbutt on Nia. Recovering from the move, Nia took out Ripley with An-Nia-Laotr. She then encouraged Stratton to cash in her Money in the Bank contract on Liv Morgan. But Dominik Mysterio intervened to help Morgan out of the ring. He then carried Morgan to the back with Raquel Rodriguez standing next to them as the show went off air.

- Bron Breakker vs Kofi Kingston – Breakker hit Kofi with a spear to win by pinfall.
- R-Truth vs The Miz – Truth beat his ex-teammate with a schoolboy pin.
- Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez vs Rhea Ripley and Tiffany Stratton – The match supposedly ended in a no-contest.
