Why This Tree In Ujjain Looks Green Only At Night
The tree in Ujjain neither has any leaves nor any fruits. But, when you look at it, you will able to spot specks of green on it.

Nature never fails to surprise. If you take a look around you, you will come across various kinds of trees with different leaf patterns, fruits, flowers or sometimes, no leaves at all. But this one tree in Ujjain has grabbed eyeballs because of its uniqueness. When you look at it, you will able to spot specks of green on it. But if it does not have any leaves or fruits, what is it then?

Ujjain’s unique tree is home to thousands of parrots, even though the tree does not have leaves or fruits. A video of this was shared online which has garnered many views on social media and has become viral. The entire area echoes with the squawk and chirping. During the day, these green birds look for food, and by sundown, they return to this tree. If you take a look at this tree in the morning, it will look barren, but at night, it looks quite green. Because of this, the tree is now referred to as the “Miracle Tree.”

A video was uploaded on Instagram and the caption read, “Beyond belief. Surreal. Tree with more than 1,000 parrots. ”The internet was in awe and many did not want the location to be disclosed. A user wrote, “Hi, it’s a humble request to please not disclose the location. You never know to what audience this reel might reach and there can be people who will disturb these birds.” One commented, “How beautiful. Please don’t harm them.” Another wrote, “More trees are needed in that area.”

If you look at the video closely, you will see that there is not a single leaf on the tree. Only the parrots are resting on the branches of the ‘Miracle Tree’. Reportedly, the number of parrots increases in the spring season, when leaves begin to appear and the birds nest among the leaves.

But why exactly do so many parrots flock to this just one tree? Well, it is not a miracle that the parrots are all nesting in this tree. Due to the felling of trees in the nearby areas, these green birds have nowhere to go now, except for this one tree.

What's your reaction?
