The mere mention of snakes can give chills down a person’s spine, let alone handling them. However, recently, a clip went viral on social media in which a man handles a 20-foot python without any protection. The Instagram clip, shared by the creator Jay Brewer, shows him carrying a giant serpent on his shoulder.
His working space shows large glass enclosures and a model of a dinosaur. He carries the serpent to a room, named Congo Room, as visible on an outside wall. The room shows many massive snakes of different colours bunched up together. Jay is not worried about their enormous sizes and someone might bite him. However, he feels exhausted carrying these huge serpents on his shoulders. “WHAT IN THE ROOM!? Just a room of some lovely ladies. We had to clean out their homes so we had to move all these giant snakes in one room. It sure is a lot of work moving over twenty 20-foot snakes”, the clip’s caption reads.
Social media users were fascinated with the clip and many of them asked whether these snakes not fight with each other. Jay replied that these are female snakes and that’s why don’t fight or bite with their counterparts. Others wondered what might happen if even one of these serpents somehow bites Jay.
A cursory glance at Jay’s Instagram feed shows the bonding he enjoys with these untamed animals. However, that does not stop these animals and reptiles from hurting him sometimes. This recently shared clip on Instagram shows Jay carrying a huge yellow python with a bloodied arm to a room. As he is about to exit the room, the python bit him on his buttocks.
Jay writhes in pain initially but then shuts the door, forcing the python to stay inside. He wrote in the caption that things sometimes don’t go as planned and a python bit him twice this time. However, he wrote further that these things are not going to stop him from doing something that he loves. According to Jay, when life tries to stop you from your dreams, just remember nothing can stop you from your destiny.
