Prank Video Alert: Mumbai Airport Passenger Asking People To Help With Virar-Bound Flight Is Too Good
The video shows a man asking for directions to board a flight to Maharashtra's Virar, leaving people confused.

Nowadays, videos showing people carrying out social experiments in public places gain a lot of traction. While some of them have a motive to raise awareness among people, many are merely fun-intended. A recent example gaining traction features a comical scenario at Mumbai airport, where an influencer humorously inquires about a flight to Virar. For context, Virar is a small locality in Maharashtra’s Palghar district, typically accessed by local transport or personal vehicles from Mumbai. Intended for amusement, the man’s sincere inquiries about boarding a plane to Virar left bystanders genuinely perplexed and others amused.

As the video plays, Aryan Kataria goes around the airport, approaching people including staff members and other passengers and asks, “Yeh Virar ki plane kaha pe aayegi? (Where will the plane to Virar arrive?)”

As he repeatedly asked around, people came up with even more hilarious reactions. While a few were left perplexed, some tried to clarify if he meant a plane or a train. Some also joked with Kataria, giving him directions to Virar. One of the staff members was left completely confused as he started pondering over the question. Amidst the laughter, Kataria explained his problem, stating that the destination was very far from the city and thus needed a faster option to reach quickly.

Bringing a moment of amusement and fun through everyday interactions, the video went instantly viral, receiving a lot of reactions from social media users. Many enjoyed the confusion and even the light-hearted responses from the people.

A user wrote, “Not one person told him he’s wrong. Says a lot about our airport staff,” while another commented, “Russian was epic.” A user jokingly asked, “Is there a slow plane? I want to get down at Malad.”

A section of social media users shared their own frustrations, explaining how travelling to Virar is very challenging and they would too love to find the same flight. Originally shared in April, the video has gained more than 2 million views.

Meanwhile, the social media influencer’s Instagram handle is filled with a lot of similar fun videos. In another video, he pranked shopkeepers by giving them a hilarious grocery list including “Sugar Mommy and Sugar Daddy.” While one asked him to check at a grocery shop, some were left in a confusing state.
