Bengaluru always has something extraordinary to offer! Whether it’s the people’s unique perspectives or the quirks of the city itself, there’s no shortage of fascination. This was proven once again when a local spotted a millionaire riding a bicycle through the streets! But wait, who is this enigmatic rider? Do we know him? Is he famous?

Well, to answer those burning questions…No! This individual was dubbed a millionaire simply because he sported a bag emblazoned with ‘Nvidia’. Yes, the company that’s skyrocketing like a rocket! Naturally, one would assume he has a fortune to match. Adding a touch of humour, the ‘X’ user @AkashTamate shared a snapshot of the man pedalling through Bengaluru, captioned, “A millionaire casually cruising on the streets of #Bengaluru to his office on a bicycle.”

For those who haven’t caught on yet, here’s the scoop: Nvidia’s stock price has more than doubled this year after tripling in 2023, making it the third most valuable company in the S&P 500. Nvidia’s stock surged again on Wednesday, pushing its market value past $3 trillion.

The company is also on the brink of a stock split, set to give each investor nine additional shares for every one they own. The chipmaker has seen unprecedented demand for its semiconductors, which are essential for powering artificial intelligence applications. Nvidia’s revenue more than tripled in the latest quarter compared to the same period last year.

As one of the leading figures in AI, Nvidia has been generating some staggering numbers. So, when a Bengalurean spotted a man associated with the brand, he couldn’t resist adding a humorous twist.

The post quickly drew a flurry of witty comments. “Careful… Too many thars, scorpios and fortuners around,” one person quipped. “Highly unsafe considering the hit and run cases,” another chimed in. “One of my teachers said: ‘Jo kaam gareeb majboori me karta hai vahi kaam ameer shauk me (The same work a poor man does out of necessity, a rich man does for pleasure),” remarked a third.

Indeed, Bengalureans have a unique perspective on everything, and this incident showcased that brilliantly!
