Anger and rage are not beneficial for anyone’s health. People try different ways to stop it. Many people try to calm their minds by engaging themselves in meditation and yoga. But, have you heard of a ritual to reduce anger? Don’t be surprised! Nowadays, rage rituals are a new trend in America and European countries. It is one of the latest trends circulating on the internet, with women paying thousands of dollars to participate in screaming ceremonies and breaking objects, generally, in the middle of the forest. Designed specifically for women, they go and vent out their anger, screaming and shouting. The noise helps to subside the anger.

According to the latest report, social media influencer Mia Banducci, known as Mia Majik, is organising such parties in the US, these days. A cybersecurity engineer, Mia, said that despite organising this, they always tell people not to get angry or aggressive. It is very dangerous for the health.

She further added that it is very important for men to cry because they tend to suppress their tears, which is not good. Similarly, women must vent their anger, as they often suppress their emotions.

What do people do at such parties?

Mia said that women come here to express their anger. They shout for as long as they can. They get angry, so they break and smash whatever comes to their mind. They bang sticks on the ground. These all are done so that somehow the aggression inside them comes out and their minds become calm. Once this process is done, they feel very relaxed. It is the reason why the demand for such parties is increasing.

Banducci has organised many such events in the past few years. Not only Banducci, but many women like Jessica Richetti are also organising such parties.

As per reports, venues have been specially made for such parties. Rooms have also been made for overnight stays. Women are paying 7000 to 8000 dollars, i.e., about Rs 6 lakh, to attend such parties.

Recently, a woman named Kimberly Helms, who was a part of one such party, called it miraculous. She said there is no place, where one can see women getting angry like this. She felt a lot of peace after attending this party.

Arthur Janov, a US-based psychologist and psychotherapist, calls this party medical science. He said that when people do this and allow themselves to vent their anger, their capacity for happiness increases.
