12-Year-Old Millionaire Pixie Curtis Returns To Business After Year-Long Break
Pixie decided to pull back from her career after spending her childhood working hard in the spotlight.

Child millionaire, Pixie Curtis, returned to her business endeavours less than a year after declaring her retirement to focus on “school work.” Pixie became a millionaire after launching her own online business in 2021. The 12-year-old’s mother, Roxy Jacenko, is a public relations specialist who manages Pixie’s business ventures and Instagram account. With her 176,000 followers, the young CEO’s endeavours have resurfaced with collaborations and promotional work.

Roxy, the founder of the PR company Sweaty Betty, had told The Sun that her daughter could “retire at 15” if she so desired because of her enormous success as a CEO. However, at the beginning of 2023, Pixie decided to pull back from her career after spending her childhood working hard in the spotlight. It appears that she is back in the workforce after only a year away from the game.

Pixie recently posted on Instagram, “You can thank me later,” endorsing a dual-purpose suction device to her followers, mirroring her mother’s own endorsement of the same item.

The mother-daughter team is well-known for their prosperous business endeavours which include Pixie’s Fidgets, which sold out in less than 48 hours after its May 2021 debut, and Pixie’s Bows, a hair accessory company that was started in Pixie’s name while she was still a newborn.

Pixie’s entry into the corporate world hasn’t, however, always been easy going behind the scenes. According to reports, Pixie and her mother had arguments about the rigorous work schedule, and things became worse when Pixie said she was tired of having to juggle so many obligations.

Pixie acknowledged that she was “worn out” and that she wanted to put more of an emphasis on her studies and take a break from the fast-paced world of business.

Pixie was planning to add more expensive cars to her collection over her break, even though she is still years away from being allowed to drive legally.

Oliver Curtis, her father, is a businessman, and the family moved to Singapore last year from Sydney, Australia, due to Oliver’s job obligations. The family includes her 10-year-old brother Hunter. Roxy sold off a few of her companies to make room for the relocation before making the final transfer.

Before moving, Pixie threw a sumptuous birthday party and treated her guests to a five-star stay at the Crown Towers Hotel in Sydney as a way of saying goodbye to her Australian heritage.
