Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations are in full swing, and the actors are embracing the festival by welcoming Ganpati Bappa into their homes. Joining in the festivities, popular actress Rupali Ganguly aka Anupama has celebrated the occasion by bringing a beautiful Ganpati idol into her home. The actress has shared a delightful set of pictures with her fans and offered them a glimpse into her joyous celebrations.
In the first and second photos, Rupali gracefully holds an adorable Lord Ganesha idol. The actress exudes her inner beauty while adorned in a charming pink kurta. Her understated makeup and flowing hair add to her natural elegance. In one frame, she strikes a pose in her mandir area where she poses before Lord Ganesha Idol. Recently, while speaking to ETimes, Rupali Ganguly shared insights about her preparations for Ganesh Chaturthi. She said, “Preparations are the same, honestly, when Anupamaa was not there in my life, I did a lot of preparations for the festival. I would go to Dadar Market to buy flowers, Kanthi, and everything. I have grown up in Marathi culture and it has been 34 years since we have been welcoming Bappa at home.”
The actress also shared her excitement about her son, Rudransh, enthusiastically participating in the rituals for the first time. She said, “This was the first time when my son did the Ganpati Puja. He didn’t know a lot of things but he was diligently trying. He was like, ‘Mamma it is my first time’, I was like, “Rudransh hurry up, do things quickly” He said, “Mamma sorry I am slow”.”
For those unaware, Rupali Ganguly made her debut in the television industry with her first TV show Sukanya. Since then, her illustrious career has been marked by a diverse array of renowned shows, including Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin, Zindagi Teri Meri Kahani, Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai, Apki Antara among many others.
