Bigg Boss 17's Aishwarya Sharma's ex-boyfriend Rahul Pandya opened up about their breakup.

Every year, as celebrities participate in Salman Khan’s popular reality television show Bigg Boss, many aspects of their personal lives are laid bare in front of the world. Bigg Boss 17 is no different. Television actress Aishwarya Sharma entered the Bigg Boss 17 house with her husband Neil Bhatt. Fans have been appreciating the couple’s chemistry on the show. Now, Aishwarya’s ex-boyfriend Rahul Pandya has opened up about their breakup.

Speaking to TellyChakkar, Rahul said, “She called me a year before she got married and asked me as to what I am doing and how I am. We were going headstrong and I understood that she needed time. I was shocked to hear that she has moved on. I have come out of a very down phase where I felt betrayed and sometimes suicidal too. I do not wish anything bad for her, I am that kind of a lover.”

Rahul opened up about their love story and said that they both went to the same college in Ujjain to pursue different courses. They started to know each other during an inter-college competition. Rahul said that their love story began in 2011 and they broke up in 2017. He revealed that once her father learnt about their relationship, he sent Aishwarya away to Pune to separate the two lovers. However, Rahul would visit Pune to meet Aishwarya. She later moved to Mumbai around 2014-2015, and Rahul said that he supported her in this decision.

Aishwarya is now married to actor Neil Bhatt, whom she met on the sets of their show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein. The two fell in love and got married in 2021. Aishwarya spoke very fondly of Neil and his parents during her stint on the latest season of Rohit Shetty’s reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi.

She has now ventured into the Bigg Boss 17 house with Neil and fans are finding it interesting to watch them together.
