PUBG Wala Hai Kya: Modi Answers a Worried Mother’s Question During Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0
Prime Minister Narendra Modi referred to the popular battle royale game PUBG while addressing parents and students during the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0

The word about PUBG has clearly gone around. Prime Minister Narendra Modi answered a number of questions during discussions with students and parents as part of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0 ahead of the examination season. During that conversation came a question about online games. To be precise, a worried mother mentioned to the Prime Minister about how her child is distracted from studies and spends more time on online games. That is when PM Modi, on a lighter note, said, "PUBG wala hai kya?"

PUBG, or Players Unknown Battle Grounds, is a very popular battle Royale game available on PCs, smartphones and gaming consoles.

The Prime Minister told students gathered for the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0 program that “the board exam is not the exam for life", in reference to the upcoming board exams in schools. “Board exam is just like any other exam. Kuch khilaune ke tootne se bachpan nahi marta. The board exam is not the exam for life. It does not stop our lives. But exams are important for us," said Narendra Modi.

PM Modi also said that for the proper use of technology is the way forward, and not to keep children away from technology. "If we want our kids to turn away from technology, they will fall behind," he said. Modi also said that he believes technology should lead to expansion of the mind and be seen as a means to innovate.
