At least 25 accused and witnesses have died so far in Vyapam scam, an admission and recruitment racket allegedly involving several bureaucrats and politicians.
Kottayam: Senior journalist G Venugopal died of heart attack on Sunday at a private hospital here, family sources said.
He was 59.
He was the former News Editor of Mangalm Malayalam daily.
He also served as the secretary of Kerala Union of Working Journalsits and President of Kottayam Press Club.
Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala condoled the death of Venugopal.
