Famous for her part in Naagin 5, television star Surbhi Chandna has accused low-cost airline Vistara of “mental harassment”. She claimed that a member of staff mistreated her when she was at the Mumbai airport and that her priority luggage was lost.
The actor has received assurances from Vistara that her problem will be given top care. In several posts on her social media accounts on Saturday, Surbhi Chandna, who has previously appeared in Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah and the 2012 series Qubool Hai, came down heavily on Vistara, slamming the airline. On X (formerly Twitter), Surbhi called Vistara the “worst airline ever” and called the staff incompetent.

The Naagin actress went on to explain in her Instagram stories that the Vistara ground crew was “extremely unprofessional, undertrained, and unapologetic” when she asked for assistance. She said the ground crew refused to help and point black told her that they would not be able to guarantee that her luggage reached the Mumbai airport on time.
Vistara contacted Chandna in the interim, assuring her that they would find a solution. A customer support executive wrote, “Hello, Ms. Chandna. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our services. Please provide us with your booking information and a convenient time to connect via DM. We will take care of this as soon as possible.”
Responding to the actress’s tweet, many other flyers commented, citing their own ill experiences and dissatisfaction with the airline. Many commented on the staff’s complete indifference to the different ordeals they faced. Surbhi’s experience comes after another celebrity’s harrowing airport experience on Saturday. Just two days back, Radhika Apte talked about her experience at the airport when the flight was delayed and she, along with other passengers, was confined inside the aerobridge. The Sacred Games star posted images and videos to Instagram but did not specify the place or any airline.
