Tharun Sudhir Breaks Down On Dance Karnataka Dance Seeing Father's AI-enhanced Message
Director Tarun Sudhir recently tied the knot with star Sonal Monteiro at a grand wedding ceremony in Bengaluru.

Sandalwood actor-director Tharun Sudhir is considered an accomplished name in the film industry. He is renowned for his several hits like Kaatera, Roberrt and Chowka. Earlier this month, the director tied the knot with star Sonal Monteiro at a grand wedding ceremony in Bengaluru. The couple recently arrived at the Dance Karnataka Dance (DKD) grand celebration.

During the celebration, an unexpected and wonderful moment was also created on this stage. Tharun got emotional and was seen in tears after hearing his father’s greetings. The makers of the show showcased a heartwarming video of his father and also presented them with a large photo frame from the wedding day that included his father.

The promo video was shared on Instagram by the official handle of ZEE Kannada. The caption of the post read, “Tarun Sudhir gets emotional after hearing father’s blessing voice!” After receiving the present, he said that anything can happen with artificial intelligence (AI). Like the veteran Kannada actor, Sudheer was made to talk again and his photo was also added to the family with the help of AI.

Earlier, during the collaboration on a historical project, Sindhoora Lakshmana and Tharun shared a sentimental connection. “Sindhoora Lakshmana was a play my father and actor, theatre artist Sudheer, staged for at least 18000 shows and it was a huge hit back then. The cassette of this play would sell like hotcakes, making it the highest-ever Ashwini audio in those days. I grew up watching this play and I even remember the last day my father performed it. Even my mother has played a character in it. There are a lot of emotions attached to this title. Though I treat every film equally, this one is special and close to my heart. I am glad I took it up,” he said.

DKD has commenced from July 20 onwards, with episodes scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays at 7:30 PM. Dance enthusiasts under the age of 60 and well-versed in all forms of dance are eligible for selection in the Dance Karnataka Dance show.
