Rajinikanth On Narendra Modi Becoming PM of India for 3rd Time: 'It Will Lead to Healthy Democracy'
Rajinikanth has reached New Delhi for PM Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony.

Tamil superstar Rajinikanth left for New Delhi to attending swearing-in ceremony of PM-designate Narendra Modi. The actor was spotted at the Chennai airport, talking to the media about his travel plans. Through the media, he congratulated PM Modi on his third win.

“Narendra Modi will be sworn in as PM consecutively for the third time. This is a very big achievement. My wishes to him,” he said, as reported by ANI. Rajinikanth also acknowledged INDI Alliance’s wins. “People have also elected a strong opposition in this Parliament election. It will lead to a healthy democracy. I received an invitation for Chandrababu Naidu’s swearing-in ceremony as Andhra Pradesh CM. I will update you about going there,” he said.

Upon landing in Delhi, Rajinikanth spoke with the media yet again and said, “I am going to take part in the swearing-in ceremony… It is a very historic event. I congratulate PM Modi Ji for becoming the prime minister for the consecutive third time…”

Besides Rajinikanth, Bollywood star Kangana Ranaut is also expected to attend. The swearing-in ceremony, scheduled for 7:15 PM, will be held in the forecourt of the Rashtrapati Bhavan under tight security, including five companies of paramilitary personnel, NSG commandoes, drones, and snipers. Following the ceremony, BJP President JP Nadda is expected to host a dinner for all NDA leaders and party officials.
