Malayalam cinema icon Mohanlal is stealing the spotlight with his upcoming film, Malaikottai Valiban. The latest buzz surrounds the release of the film’s next track, Raakk, sung by Mohanlal himself, adding to the anticipation among eager viewers. The music and lyrics for the energetic track were crafted by P. S. Rafeeque, who also contributed to the initial composition.
The song, released on YouTube, quickly gained popularity, amassing 913,199 views in a short period. Mohanlal, portraying a saint in the song’s visuals, has left fans delighted, and they are already predicting the movie’s success, expecting it to surpass records set by his previous works.
Fans flooded the comments section with praise, expressing their excitement. One user exclaimed, “History repeats; the legend will show his power again at the Malayalam box office." Malaikottai Valiban, scheduled for release on January 25, 2024, is among the most anticipated films of the year. The film, directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery, is set in the pre-independence period, with Mohanlal essaying the role of a nomadic wrestler.
