New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued fresh summons to actor Shah Rukh Khan in connection with the sale of share of Knight Riders Sports.
The franchise is owned by SRK’s company Red Chillies Entertainment along with actor Juhi Chawla and her husband Jay Mehta.
The matter pertains to a 2008 share transfer - where shares sold to Jay Mehta were allegedly undervalued. Shah Rukh Khan was supposed to appear before the ED yesterday for a hearing but he asked for another date.
This is the third summon that ED has sent to the actor.
