Ingredients:

• For the donuts:

o All-purpose flour: 550 grams

o Dry yeast: 7 grams

o Milk (warm): 175 ml

o Melted Butter: 60 grams

o Egg: 1

o Sugar: 45 grams

o A pinch of salt

o Oil to fry

• For the chocolate filling:

o Cooking Cream: 60 ml

o Dark Chocolate, melted: 120 grams

Instructions:

1. Heat milk until lukewarm and add the dry yeast, set aside for 5 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, combine sugar, butter, and salt. Whisk together.

3. Add the egg and whisk a bit more.

4. Add the yeast and milk mixture and whisk again.

5. Sift in all-purpose flour and knead the dough until smooth.

6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 2 hours.

7. Once the dough has doubled in size, roll it out to about ½ inch thick on a floured surface.

8. Cut the dough into desired shapes and transfer to a greased tray. Cover and let rest for 30-45 minutes.

9. Heat oil and fry the donuts until golden on both sides. Let them cool before filling.

10. For the filling, heat cream and add melted dark chocolate, mixing until combined. Let it cool.

11. Fill the donuts with the chocolate mixture using a piping bag. Optionally, dip in castor sugar cinnamon dust or your favorite glaze.

Glazed Oatmeal Donuts

Ingredients:

• Oat flour: 1⅓ cups

• Baking powder: 2 tsp

• Salt: ¼ tsp

• Milk: ¼ cup

• Egg: 1

• Sugar: ¼ cup

• Vanilla essence: ½ tsp

• Refined oil: 1 tbsp

Blueberry Glaze:

• Blueberries fruit filling: ½ cup

• Water: ½ cup

• Powdered sugar: ¾ cup

• Melted butter: 2 tbsp

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease donut pans with oil.

2. Mix oat flour, salt, and baking powder in a small bowl.

3. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, sugar, vanilla, and oil.

4. Combine dry and wet ingredients.

5. Fill the donut pan ¾ full and bake for 9-10 minutes.

6. Cool the donuts to room temperature.

7. For the glaze, cook blueberries and water until soft, then blend until smooth. Mix with melted butter and powdered sugar.

8. Dip the cooled donuts into the blueberry glaze.

Doughnut Waffles

Ingredients:

• All-purpose flour: 1¼ cups

• Baking soda: ½ tsp

• Salt: A pinch

• Egg: 1

• Grain sugar: ⅓ cup

• Buttermilk: ½ cup

• Melted butter: 2 tbsp

• Vanilla essence: 1 tsp

Glaze:

• Melted butter: 1 tsp

• Icing sugar: 1 cup

• Milk: 3 tsp

• Vanilla essence: ¼ tsp

• Icing sugar or sprinkles

Instructions:

1. Preheat waffle maker to medium.

2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

3. In another bowl, whisk egg, sugar, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla essence.

4. Combine mixtures and transfer to a pastry bag.

5. Brush waffle maker with melted butter, pipe batter in rings, and cook until golden brown.

6. For the glaze, mix melted butter, icing sugar, vanilla essence, and milk to desired consistency. Dip cooled waffle donuts in glaze and add sprinkles.
