'Talaash' continues to rule the box office
Aamir Khan's 'Ghajini' (2008) was the first Bollywood film to enter the Rs 100 crore club.

New Delhi: It seems Aamir Khan is once again going to deliver a commercially successful film. His latest offering 'Talaash' is going strong at the box office. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweets, "INDIA: #Talaash *actuals* Fri Rs 14.52 cr, Sat Rs 16.37 cr. Total: Rs 30.89 cr nett."

The film opened to good reviews, and has probably received the benefit of word of mouth publicity, the escalation in film's business on Saturday shows the trend.

Adarsh has also given the film's business break-ups in US and UK, "USA: #Talaash Fri $ 490,000 [Rs 2.66 cr]. Excellent start!"

He further tweets, "UK: #Talaash Fri £ 108,085, Sat £ 152,851. Total: £ 260,936 [Rs 2.27 cr]."

The makers are said to have received a hefty sum in exchange of Talaash's satellite rights as well.
