The dossier prepared by India has complete information about Naved's whereabouts in Pakistan. CNN-IBN has accessed exclusive details of the terror dossier with details about Naved that India was to hand over to Pakistan before the NSA-level talks were cancelled.
He was born in a poor family in Faislabad to Sahiba Bibi, a house wife, and Mohammad Yakub, a daily wage labourer at Sabzi Mandi in Ghulam Mohammadabad area of Faislabad. The third of four children, Naved was somewhat of a problem child. He studied only till Class 4 at the Government Primary School, Sher Singh Wala, Kukiyanwala in Faislabad.
He later got attached as a tailor with Tauseef Enterprises, a small shop in his village. But even as he went about his life as a tailor by day, by night, he had simultaneously been stitching a completely different life for himself. In 2011, at the young age of 16, Naved was training to become a dreaded terrorist.
At a Kulhari Camp, Naved was literally sharpened into a physically fit, fully indoctrinated 16-year-old.
In August, 2014, he along with 40 other youngsters all in their early 20s from Pakistan were taken to the Aksa Maksar training camp located in a jungle near Shawai Nallah, Muzaffarabad in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.
Soon after his training in December 2014, Naved was sent for practical training to perform what he said were 'security duties' during an Ijtema, a Muslim congregation at Minar-e-Pakistan in Lahore.
Naved confessed to his crime and said he came with an agenda to kill Indians and is motivated by revenge.
