Actor Dylan Sprouse certainly knows how to make a grand gesture when it comes to showing love. At the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, he transformed from a mere spectator into the ultimate cheerleader for his wife, supermodel Barbara Palvin. Seated in the front row in New York City on October 15, the 32-year-old actor stole the spotlight, not just with his infectious enthusiasm, but by holding up two giant cardboard cutouts of their adorable pets — a French bulldog named Piggy Cow and a cat named Klaus Von Sprouse. This playful touch added an extra layer of magic to the evening for the couple, who tied the knot in 2023.

People in the audience, sitting directly behind Sprouse, captured the heartwarming moment. Standing up to get Barbara’s attention, he shouted, “I love you, baby!”

Before the show, Sprouse chatted with pre-show host Olivia Culpo on the pink carpet, explaining his fun idea for bringing the cutouts. “I figured it would make her smile,” he said, referring to their pets as their “children.” He humorously added, “I hope she doesn’t cry, but there’s a strong possibility because she’s pretty sappy about these two,” reported People.

Sprouse and Palvin reportedly started dating just before her appearance at the 2018 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Even though she has walked the runway before, Sprouse admitted he still felt a bit anxious this time around for his wife’s return. “I’m secondhand nervous,” he told The Hollywood Reporter, joking about the pressure. “I couldn’t walk in my tighty whities anywhere. It’s like a lot of pressure! I hope it’s warmer in there,” he added.

Despite the butterflies, Sprouse expressed immense pride in Palvin’s accomplishments, noting how hard she worked for this moment. “She’s worked really, really hard for this,” he said, showing his admiration.

When asked if there was anything else he was looking forward to with the fashion show’s return, Sprouse had a cheeky response. “No, I don’t care. I’m only interested in seeing my wife,” he said. Culpo laughed, saying, “You’ve been trained well,” as Sprouse declared, “I love you, baby.”
