Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Sunday asked the security forces to exercise maximum restraint and observe the standard operating procedures (SOPs) even if they are engaged in provocative behavior in the state.
Mufti reacted to Abdullah's recent comment in which he had said some of the stone pelters were agents of the Mehbooba-led party.
