IDBI Bank Recruitment 2018: 760 Executive Posts, Apply Before 28th February at idbi.com

IDBI Bank Recruitment 2018 to hire 760 candidates for the post of Executive has begun on the official website of The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) – idbi.com.

As per the detailed notification released by the bank, the recruitment is on a contractual basis initially for a period of 1 year, extendable, year by year, to 2 years further on the basis of performance.

After successful completion of 3 years of service, the candidates could be considered for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A). Candidates interested in pursuing their banking career with the IDBI bank can follow the instructions below and apply online on or before 28th February 2018.

Application Fee:

UnReserved Category Candidates – ₹700

SC/ST/PwD Category Candidates – ₹150

Pay Scale:

The selected candidates will get remuneration as per their year in service viz:

First Year – ₹17,000 per month

Second Year - ₹18,500 per month

Third Year - ₹20,000 per month

Academic Qualification:

The applicant possess a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD) from a Recognized University. Candidates in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply.

Age-Limit:

The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 20-25 years as on 1st January 2018. Age-relaxation rules apply as per existing norms.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written Test which is tentatively scheduled to be organized on 28th April 2018. The Online Test will carry 50 marks for Reasoning, 50 marks for English Language and 50 marks for Quantitative Aptitude.

Candidates will be given 90 minutes to attempt the paper. Negative marking of 0.25 marks deduction applies for each wrong answer, while there’s no negative marking for unanswered questions.
