Mumbai: Hrithik Roshan has become the proud father of a baby boy. Hrithik’s wife Suzanne Roshan gave birth to a healthy baby at around 1500 hours IST at Leelavati Hospital on Tuesday.
Suzanne's father Sanjay Khan and brother Zayed Khan were amongst the first to arrive in the hospital. The Roshan family was expecting the baby this week.
Hrithik was shooting for Dhoom 2 in Rio De Janeiro. He flew back to Mumbai on time to be with Suzanne on their all-important day.
The first-time father Hrithik cannot contain his happiness. “I am speechless," he says.
Hrithik said that this is the most joyous moment of his life and wants to enjoy this moment with his family and Suzanne.
Once the news of the newborn got around, the family was inundated by calls and flowers from friends, colleagues and well-wishers.
Among those who called to convey their good wishes to Hrithik and Suzanne were Rekha, Hema Malini, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai, Preity Zinta and many more.
This year has been important for Hrithik on both personal and professional fronts - the birth of his child will be followed by the release of the much-awaited home production Krrish.
