GHMC bags 2 National awards

HYDERABAD: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has bagged two national awards under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban renewal Mission.
GHMC former Mayor Banda Karthika Reddy and GHMC commissioner MT Krishna Babu will receive the awards during the national conference on JNNURM to be held on December 13 in New Delhi.Krishna Babu said that the GHMC has bagged two awards, 'for outstanding effort to attain slumfree status' and another award for 'implementing reforms pertaining to governance'.ENS
