New Delhi: Gautham Vasudev Menon is on the look out for a new face. If you are wondering why, the director, who is planning to finish his forthcoming project, Nee Thane En Ponvasantham by February, is looking for another heroine. The film already has Samantha, who is playing the role of a 20-year-old psychology student.
Sources in the industry say that the crew is busy hunting for a young girl to play the role of Jiiva's fiancee.
Says a source from the industry, "We are looking for a tall, good looking girl and at the same time, someone with a mature face, to play the role of Jiiva's fiance. The hunt is on and we have been getting photographs from models and college girls. Though it's a small role, the character will be well recognised. Since the film is a trilingual (Tamil, Telugu and Hindi), we are looking for someone who will suit all three languages."
Meanwhile, Jiiva, who is playing the role of a 21-year-old college student, has been following a strict diet to tone down his body to suit the role.
The tagline of the film, which reads, 'This could be your love story', has already caught the attention of many youngsters.
The film, which is being produced by RS Infotainment, was originally scheduled to be released on Valentine's Day. However, with this hunt going on, it remains to be seen if that will happen!
