Acting on a tip off received by Senior Superintendent of Police Manu Maharaj, a police team in plain clothes nabbed three persons carrying five children kidnapped from different places in Nepal from the Mithapur bus stand, a release said.
The children were aged between nine and 16 years, it said. Photographs of many children have been found from the mobiles seized from trio, the release said, adding the arrested were being interrogated for further details into the racket.
