Exchange programme

KOCHI: A team of 20 students and three teachers from Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara, are visiting the Cranbrook School, Kent, for a two-week-long exchange programme. The group is scheduled to leave Kochi on June 23.The team will exchange views and ideas with their English counterparts and will also share a platform with them to display their respective artistic and cultural traditions. The group will also get a chance to experience the system of education prevalent in England.The exchange programme was initiated in 2000 and till date five teams from both schools have exchanged visits, once every alternate year. The present batch is the sixth group from Bhavan’s Elamakkara to visit the UK.
