Florida: The count down to voting day begins in the US with just two weeks for the candidates to sway voters in key swing states. In the battle over the battleground states, it was a one-two punch for the democrats in Florida.
"Orlando I want you to be clear, I can take a few more weeks of McCains attacks, but we can't take eight more years of Bush!," says Senator Obama.
"I want you to know this: with your help, America will once again rise from the ashes of the Bushes!" says Senator Hillary Clinton.
Barack Obama is putting politics aside on Thursday afternoon and Friday to visit his ailing grandmother in Hawaii someone he speaks fondly of on the campaign trail.
"She's the one who put off buying a new car or a new dress for herself so that I could have a better life. She poured everything she had into me," adds Obama.
He’ll be back campaigning on Saturday. The strategy for the democrats, to make inroads in traditionally republican leaning states.
The same strategy is also adopted by the republicans. On Wednesday, John McCain and Sarah Palin are campaigning in democratic leaning Pennsylvania and the swing state of Nevada.
"Last week it almost seemed like there were three candidates in this race: Senator Obama, me and Joe the Plumber!,” says Senator, John McCain.
With just two weeks to go until Election Day, the rhetoric is heating up on the campaign trail and will likely only intensify until November 4th.
