The team of National Award winning film 'Shahid' team up with Mahesh Bhatt for the grim 'City Lights'.
Hansal Mehta and Rajkummar Rao's last outing together on the big screen got both of them National Awards. The 'Shahid' team are back again with a new film 'City Lights'. Produced by Vishesh Films, the film's trailer shows Rajkummar Rao and newcomer Patralekha playing a married couple who are forced to leave their hometown for Mumbai for better opportunities. The film also features actor Manav Kaul in a pivotal role.
