Award for Anna Hazare, M T Vasudevan Nair

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Gandhian and social activist Anna Hazare and writer M T Vasudevan Nair have been selected for the Amrita TV Award for their overall contribution to the society. The award being introduced by the channel from this year comprises a cash prize of Rs 2 lakh, a statuette and a citation. The awards will be presented at the AmritaFefka film awards nite to be held at Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium, Kaloor, on June 4.
